What is Below Zero Alcohol Soft Serve?
Welcome to the new Below Zero Alcohol Soft Serve Gel & Machines. This new invention allows you to freeze ANY ALCOHOL with the use of our NEA gel into soft serve form. The product comes out looking like ice cream but contains NO DAIRY....it literally is your alcohol served on a cone.
We have many models of machines to offer based on your needs & budget, but by far the most popular unit we offer is the BZ33 counter-top. The machine capacity holds 1.6 gallons of ANY Mixed Drink, Beer, Wine, or Cider. And now for the magic, add 1 quart of our NEA gel - the bonding agent and mix it well. We suggest doing this in a container and the pouring into machine.
With a push of a button, press freeze and the machine will dispense what looks like a soft serve cone but let me be clear, it is 100% your alcohol being served on a cone with 100% the buzz, no matter the proof.
Between 2-3 twists on a cone are about 4-6oz by volume served. Our clients are retailing BZ for an average of $7-$12. We say that the price of the cone is comparable to the liquid version of the drink.
With an approx. overrun (this is the fluff part of ice cream), you are getting 40% MORE product to sell. Many bars are teaming up with alcohol companies to promote their brands. Using your BZ machine is a WIN-WIN marketing machine. And always remember, SOCIAL MEDIA IS TODAY'S ADVERTISING!
Lead time on our machines is approx. 15 business days from the time of purchase. Once ordered and your logo is received, it goes directly to our labeling department. Upon completion, your BZ machine is sent UPS Freight in all North American States. Will call is available M-F 10am-3pm in Streamwood, IL . Required truck pick up with fork lift access.
